  • if your subscription says RGNative and is a long string of numbers and letters, select Rocketgate below.
  • if your subscription ID starts with a number 0 and only contains numbers, select CCBill below.
  • If your subscription ID starts with a number 2, and only contains numbers, select Epoch below.

If you would like us to cancel your membership for you, or you are unsure what billing company you were billed through, then please send an email to support@eentsupport.com with a request to cancel your membership and we will handle this process for you.
